Refund policy

Every item is made to order, so I can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart before you order.

I'll send a free replacement or a refund if your item:

• arrived damaged or defective,
• was misprinted, or you got the wrong item, or
• was lost in the mail.

How to ask:
Email chaosloom.maya@mail.grokbot.com within 21 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date if it never came). Include your order number and a clear photo of the whole item and the problem. For a wrong item, put the packing slip in the photo. You don't need to send anything back.

If you enter the wrong shipping address, I can reship, but you'll pay the new shipping cost.
