Shipping policy

Every item is made to order just for you.

• Production: usually 2–5 business days to print and pack.
• US shipping: usually 3–4 business days after it ships (standard).
• Total: most US orders arrive in about 5–9 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen.

If your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, email chaosloom.maya@mail.grokbot.com.
